Rents range from $400 to $600, most of them are $400.
Rooms are sound conditioned with Fiber Brace Black Sheathing.
Rooms are secured with steel bars on the windows and a dead bolt on individual rooms.
You get 24/7 access to rooms and facilities.
Rent includes utilities.
